Where can I get an affordable designer dress?

I need one for a dance. I guess its semi-formal. Money is tight these days.....

I guess this may be kind of late, but I tend to do all of my major dress/ expensive outfit shopping after season. For instance, I buy my homecoming dress during the after-prom sale. Although it is quite early, I have bought Rampage and Jessica McClintock dresses for roughly 15-30 dollars.

For the situation at hand, I guess it depends on how 'designer' the dresses are. If you can find them at a department store for cheap then great. If your looking for something extravagant like Dolce Gabbana or something lol check on eBay. If all else fails, borrow a friends :)

If you wanna get a affordable dress go to the St.Louis Mills and go in level #2 and keep walking to you get to this store called deb they had dresses that were the bomb . Try local thrift stores and vintage shops or search online. Bluefly.com is a popular site for designer dresses at a discount price.

I don't know where you live but in NY there is a store called Dot's and another one called G&G. They both have affordable and pretty dresses. Another one is Marshall's.

keep an eye on ebay, just make sure you take your own measurements and compare them to that of the dresses you are looking at.

if i was u i would not care about who made it it is about how it looks and have an affordable price.for example it can look lke it made by dona carren and it is from aj right or tj maxx burlington ect.
