I know they have leg make up to even out skin and hide scars like that. It's sold at walgreens. Not sure if they've got a dark enough color for black people though. i'm sorry but i hope this helped.

get yourself a date who thinks you are beautiful regardless of what your arms look like. Okay all things aside, find yourself a beautiful gown with long sheer sleeves and you will be just fine. I wish I could impress upon our younger adults that this will all fade into memories. It doesn't matter if you have stretch marks. It doesn't matter if you were heavy. The ones I remember from high school are the ones who were friendly and kind. The ones who had preppie bods were for the most part stuck up. Let them go because after Prom and high school, you won't see them ever again. So, why worry? Are you happy? Stay that way and stop worrying about how you look. Besides, somebody will most likely spike the punch and have no memory of the previous night. Just don't be one of those people. I hope you have a blast and behave like the lovely lady you are. Have fun classy one and you won't have to worry. Forget your arms because they are meant to hold and love those near and dear, not for those who are unsightful, arrogant, a s s h o l e s. Love, Sheri a Mommy!

There is a product you can order online called Dermablend which was specifically made for people with scars, stretch marks tattoos etc.

My sister used it to cover her tattoos on her wedding day and it worked a treat.

The product is like a concealer and you get a finishing powder which seals the coverage.

Good luck and have a great time at your prom.
