i got this friend he/she is 17 but his/her parents are making life too hard if he/she moves out with a friend can the parents do something like call the police on who ever is helping him and make him/her come back to the house or send him/to juvie i mean itsnt she/him old enought to take her/his own decitions?

Call the family courts in your area. If she can prove to the family courts that she can take of herself without her parents, she can be emancipated without a choice from her parents.

Depends on the state he/she lives in. Some states are as young as 12. Check with local authorities.

I think it's 16 when parents cant do anything, but as above I think it depends by state, but that's the age in Michigan.

here in canada the legal age for sex is 14 and you can leave home at 16!!!i don`t know about where you are

He/she is a minor, her/his parents can report him/her as a runaway. Any adults who assists the minor can be charged.... He/she won't be considered adult until he/she reaches the age of 18.
