Cleaning Nitro 2.5 engine?

What are the procedures to clean out the engine on my Traxxas Nitro Rustler after i am through playing around with it. and also i heard the your supposed to put "after run" oil inside the head and into the carb. what oil would be good to use?

use the oil "castrol"...is very good
