girl i'm 16. you need to stay away from those things. your body is still growing and stunting it in any way will only hurt you in the long run. just exercise!

You should already be taking a good multivitamin. If the one you take now is not making your feel better then switch to something that is absorbed better by your body. Cheap vitamins are not the answer. You need to research vitamins online and find one that is well absorbed by the body and then buy it at your fav store in the vitamin section.

You can purchase a children's chewable ,at your local Wal-mart for $6-$10 and you can purchase them yourself,there is no age barrier for vitamins.If you want something to help speed up you metabolism ,try a diet change,cut the sugar out of your diet and drink plenty of water.Your best nutrients comes from natural sources such as healthy foods,clean water.

The best thing, IMO, is to do some exercise. That will kick start your metabolism. Any all around general vitamin would be okay. Be sure you start with a good breakfast. Sounds corny, but there is some actual wisdom in it.

Jennifer....you are only 15! Your body is change from day to day. Vitamins are not cheap. Please don't feel like nothing can hurt you. My best suggestion is eat right (healthy), don't eat after 7 pm, and exercise. (5min, then 10min, 15min the increase it) If you are like me and don't like to exercise .....WALK. in a fast pace. First start 5min then 10 min then increase it little by little. The results will not happen over night.........(3weeks)
Ps...you can overdose with Vitamins. (anything if taken incorrectly)

1.) Loose the caps.
2.) What's your actual problem? We can't advise you just to take pills if we don't know wtf you're talking about (except "maybe" speeding up your metabolism, what else was you intending them to do?).
3.) You're 15 and you want pills that arn't going to kill you from overdosing? You're thinking about overdosing?!
4.) Whatever the problem may be, tell your parents about it, I guess that you havn't told them because you don't want to spend more than $5 on pills..
Think about what you're going to ask next time!

they have chewable vitamins for teens at GMC that i get. But i get the swallowable ones.
