My Mother! She was my best friend & so much more. I loved her more than I could ever say. I'll never get over losing her.

The most precious thing that I ever lost in my lifetime was my son who died at the age of 21.
I will never be the same. A part of me died that day.

My children's lives between the ages 6,7 & 10 until adulthood.
Their father had money, I didn't, and he got custody. He also 'planted evidence' on me, which landed me in jail just so he could gain custody of the children. He never came forth and admitted to it nor did he ever apology to me for it.
Over the 'lost years', my children hated him because he abused them. He even brainwashed them into thinking I was dead. When I began showing up for their high school graduations, even though he didn't want me there because he knew his lies would be exposed, they finally knew the truth. They are all adults now, 2 with their own families, and none of them communicate with him. They want nothing to do with him nor do they ever want anything to do with him.
They all love me dearly and they wish their father the worse.
The 'lost years' were extremely hard on me.
Now, I have 4 grand daugters approaching those 'lost years'.
I have the chance to live those years through my grand daughters now and I am taking full advantage of it. By me doing this, my children are seeing exactly what they would have experienced had I been given custody.
I need to stop before I begin tearing up once more.

Two close friends passed away.

We have no control over death & tragedy. We never know when the end is coming. That's why it's so important to cherish those that are precious to you. They are never completely lost. I still have the memories and so many photos. & I can immortalize them through my songs & paintings...

The most precious is my youth. Imagine you cannot be the same in fifty years down the road. Would it be nice having the same youthful and cheerful complexion?
