If you are the bride and the groom had a name like patio, roof, stairwell, gutter, etc.
Would you take his name?
What if you could add one or two letters to the grooms name and it would a cool name!??!
Would or should you change it (both of you together)
It would save your future children being made fun of !!
Would you do it??
Why or why not?
Then both of you COULD change it to the cool name.

Here is another idea....
Put the two names together with brides last name such as:
patiotaylor,roofmiller, patiosmith, stairwellmiller etc.
This is a real question!!
Thanks for your thoughts!!!

I would take on his last name if it were me and I would carry it with pride. If however he wanted my last name instead we could do that too. I would leave this up to him though.

My married name is a noun. It's particularly annoying when retail employees have to ask for my ID, and then attempt to impress me with stupid jokes. I just make light of it, and play along. I married my husband because I love him and his unique last name. We plan to educate our children about our heritage and where the name comes from. I wouldn't dream of changing it, or going by my maiden name.
