This website has short videos with steps, http://www.ballroomdancers.com/Dances/dance_overview.asp?Dance=ATA (go for Smooth Tango, International Tango is a bit harder to do well if you are a beginner) but you need to go to classes if you want to learn. Here you can find classes in your area: http://www.ballroomdancers.com/Directory/Studios/Default.asp
You can find songs on the same website:

Tango is not that hard. Go to your local video store and check out what they have. In the documentary section you will often find ballroom and latin dance instruction dvd's. The most important thing to remember in tango is to look like you mean it. It is a very sensual dance so just act like you are madly in love while on stage. Sell it and it won't matter if you miss a step or two, as long as you don't stumble or fall.

Sorry, if you never danced tango, there is no easy tango. It can be easy if you are a girl and you find really good dancer/teacher of tango who can show you in couple of lessons how to dance. Then you just follow. For a boy...it can take couple of months if not years to learn how to lead.
