normally there is no real way to tell, some people get mild cramps and it goes away. when i miscarried i got a sharp pain on my right side and three days later i started cramping really bad almost like i was going into prelabor. just keep an eye that the cramps don't start getting worse. go to the doctor asap. but most of the time they say they can't do anything for you even if you are.

Massaging the back muscles will reduce the pain.Apply an icepack to the affected area. This will make the area numb and reduce the pain. More details and remedies at http://aches.in/backpainremedies.html

Yes - although it should not be very severe. This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Try out some home remedies. You can also look for information in the web that give you home remedies. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
