Vn = 28cos(25.75) - 6 cos(45) = 20.977 kph N
Vw = 28sin(25.75) + 6 sin(45) = 16.407 kph W
Vr = 26.631 kph @ N 38.031 W or N 38° 01' 50.77" W

Not enough info - N25E or N25W? And by "southwest" do you mean S45W??
