Get his attention, look at him like you would look at Some one that you knew ,but had'nt seen in a long time and say
"It seems some time some where, we've met,... before
we talked with one another, when we met back then,..but I can't remember where,..or when.
some thing that happened once before, seems to be happening once more.
Those shoes you're wearing,..are the shoes, you wore.....That smile that you are smiling,...you were smiling then, but I can't remember where or when." That should be all you need to do to start a conversation. If he cant take it from there, forget the loser.
If he recognizes that its a song from a broadway musical, and starts singing it, he's probably a fruit, so u can forget about him also.

well im a guy and well this worked on me but um she kept just staring intently with deep eyes just cant stop itll create an awkward moment for the guy but more than likely if there like me theyll eventually give u there number hope that helps rate me plz and thanx

Modestly: Look at him across the room and when he looks at you look away quickly.
Assertively: Look at him across the room and when he looks at you smile.
Aggressively: Look at him across the room and when he looks at you open another button on your blouse and smile.
Very Agressively: Look at him across the room and when he looks at you approach him and ask him if you could be alone with him for awhile.
Super Very Agressively: When you see him take him by the arm, turn him around, and kiss him hard. After a couple minutes of that take his hand and put it on your what evers and where evers.

Wink at him, drop him a note and bend over to pick it up, touch his arm a bit while talking, offer him a bite of your ice cream, throw in some cute names SPORADICALLY, such as cutie, babe etc. Compliment his shirt
