I wasn't going to take this question serious, but I will.
Depends on the size of the circle. Walking round a race track won't make you dizzy. Walking round a 5 foot circle will.
I used to practice by swimming a mile a day in a very small swimming pool. It took something like 140 lengths. When I got out of the water, it took about an hour to get my equilibrium back from spending nearly as much time turning as actually swimming.

if the circle is 1 foot across I'd have to say yes
but if it was 1 mile in diameter it may take a little longer

spinning around does, I suppose if you were to walk around in tight circles you might get dizzy

yes, this is because you are screwing with the balancing fluid in you inner ear whci continues to move when you stop.
walking in circles can also give you headaches and make you throw up
