Man, there are so many anime guilds, its hard to just pick out one! I am currently not a member of any guild, so I can't beg you to come to mine. :)

Have you tried the neopets guild board? There normally are quite a few people advertising their anime guilds at all hours of the day. Check it out at http://www.neopets.com/neoboards/boardlist.phtml?board=8 .
