I suck at running and the mile is coming up soon. I got a 11.36 last time and i dont want that again. What do i do to run faster and not get to tired running? I want to be atleast as fast so i can run it in 10 minutes!

You have to run proporly.Jog and keep your chin at your chest and breath through your mouth.........ive had a trainer before and it works for me and i dont get tierd.

If you have time to train for this, let me suggest that you work first on the endurance side of this equation. Go out to jog for 8 minutes, then 9, then 10. Mix into that week a time where you go to a track and run 5 separate quarter miles (one lap). The next week, jog for 9, then 10, then 11 minutes. Then try six minutes, a rest, then another 5 or 6 minutes of jogging again in the same workout.
What I am mixing into this is called interval training, a very effective method for building what you want. It will help both your endurance and your speed, bit by bit.
