the lyrics that i know are, "here's for the one that i love, here's for the one that i left behind." i heard it on a radio station that plays all genras and era's so i have no hints there. if any of you can help please give anything you know. i am trying to find the song for a very important reason.

Actually it was released in 1986 0r '87. It is "The One I Love " by REM and can be found on the Document album.
