Force between two point electric charges kept at a distance d apart in air is F. If these charges are kept at the same distance in water, how does thye force between them change???

You have to know what the permittivity of water is. Water as a dielectric doesn't behave same as air. $\vec{D}=\epsilon\cdot\vec{E}$
