my pet hamster has just died do i grill him or fry him????

I don't think you should do either, the neighbours will look at you funny.
plus, you're gonna have to get all the fur off him.
I think you should just bury him somewhere. Dig a shallow hole in a place like a bike trail or somewhere, stick him in, and cover him with dirt. besides, whoever heard of eating hamsters?
