the temp is changing pretty dramatically. Its going below zero... it might have something to do with it.

Should I call the power company, or is it normal?

I personally would call the power company to come check it out. It doesn't sound normal to me.

AS long as your family has a plan and supplies i case of a power outage, you should be fine. It would be best to call the power company about the sizzling wires though. It's no where near normal for a Power Line to sizzle. That can be deadly to everyone in that area.

I would say to call the power company just to be safe.

Better safe than sorry and the utility company has a 24 hour line just for those kind of questions. . . call . . .

No always happens It's very common. Don't call the Fire Department...We will just call the power company!!

Probably has a bare spot or the transformer is getting ready to blow in which case they will figure out where, of course you could always call them to speed up the process. Call them if you want to.

contact your power company and let them know about it. That could be a fire hazard.
