Now my love I am sure if they have the peppermint,they surely
have the Mocha.Fraps are just as good as coffee,so they will hook you up.Are you afraid to order something they don't have,
I don't believe season has to do with your personal preference.

I would go ahead and ask them. Many places will let you order off the menu, though the counter person may give you a dirty look. The only reason I could imagine that they wouldn't would be if they no longer have all of the ingredients, or if the counter person is new and doesn't know how to make them.

I don't think so. I've tried to order the mocha coconut ones 'out of season' and couldn't. If they have any leftover peppermint syrup, they'll probably make one for you, but if they're out, you're out of luck. Bummer, huh?

They might not have the ingredients on hand. Like, they might have peppermint syrup, but if that's not what they make them with, it might not taste the same. They might get a premix delivered.

yup,you can! my starbucks still sells them in February. Plus, they always have peppermint syrup that you can ask them to put in.
