It is not normal and is a very serious contracture and you should see a urologist. Don't be shy, they know all about things like that. If you go to your regular doctor it will just be a wasted visit and you will have to explain it and be embarassed all over again when you see the urologist. Just make an appointment with a urologist. They treat mostly men for stones, impotence, vasectomies, etc. Be brave and best wishes. Do it soon.
