I would have to say Schlinder's List and 7 Years In Tibet. I watched these movies a couple of times each and I'm still fascinated and want to watch these movies again and again.

Scary Movie 4 directed by David Zucker! I laughed so hard when I watched it with my friend. The jokes are really stupid, but the stupidity is what makes the movie hilarious! It makes fun of many thriller and horror movies such as The Grudge, Saw, War of the Worlds, The Village, and many others. It's PG-13 for "pervasive crude and sexual humor, language, comic violence, and drug references". I also loved Scary Movie 3. This is only my opinion, I hope I'm not being rude or anything, I'd just like to share my experience with the movie. I highly recommend it if you're the "humor-type" person! Good luck!
