For a notebook, that's outstanding. Beware the sticker shock: a laptop with half of those specs I could imagine costing 1,600 at the least from a decent manufacturer. But if you can afford it, there's not much else to discuss.

My HP has the same processor and I like the speed, although I don't have the nvidia video card but it has a web cam, and mic integrated.
Mine is only 14.1 wide screen, but it has Windows XP pro installed and soon I'll get the free Vista business upgrade.
I paid for mine after rebates and taxes $1.040oo
I have only 120GB HD.

I hope you get it for less than $1.500oo

Have you run Defrag yet, If the data is all over the HD it takes time to get to it. If after Defragging and it's still here the other thing. Could be the beginning of a HD problem. Symptoms of a HD's going bad is slowing down.

Yes, sounds great.... the AMD Athalon 64 dual proc. is the latest award winning processor..... I think you would do just fine with the Intel. What kind of warranty and service does it come with? Is it an HP?

Extremely good. That is almost top of the line. I bet it is an HP. Its ready for your wireless needs also. If you are planning on buying a laptop than this one is the way to go. Its faster than most desktops to.

Yeah its pretty good. Of course they make better but that is pretty darn good considering the crap they make. That computer looks like it is gonna cost more then 2400 bucks.
