nothing, I'm a nurse, I've seen TOO much. I saw AWFUL stuff! A guy was cutting down tree limbs, he climbed up high, and fell. he fell ON the cut tree limb, it entered through his anus, and up through his rib cage, and out his chest. Still living neighbors heard his scream, the fire dept. had to cut him down, tree and all, and bring him in. I heard the screams from outside. Then there's the time the lady died and her bowls evacuated thru her mouth, or the burned child in the car accident...shall I go on? I think not.
