Don't have my slide rule handy, but the line of attack seems to be the increase in energy, both potential and kinetic that occurs divided by the time elasped, 19.3 sec. This gives you average power.

Check out the pig question. I wonder how long it would take the car to slide down the incline.

you need to know what the angle is.
