A contraption that you throw on the ground and creates a whole shelter, mall, and weapon gallery!! Oh, and my kitty named Mr. Kitty, if he counts as an item. If not, I would bring a helicopter. Just so I could fly around, I would NEVER think of escaping an island that I was hypothetically stuck on! ;)
