Obi Wan might has said that Anakin was the chosen one, but Luke did defeat Anakin (Darth). So I guess that makes Luke one up on dear ole dad.

Actually in the books it was Anakin Solo but he died and now they are making his niece Jacen Solo's daughter the chosen one.
Though there are some hints it may be Leah after all.
Luke's son Ben is a waste of writing.

anakin was the chosen one to bring down the sith, and luke was the chosen one to bring down the empire, at least that is how I think it works.
