To fully clean the cache click start, then click control pannel, then navigate to the network and internet connections tab and click it, then click on the internet options tab. if you have internet explorer 7 then click on the "delete..." tab then individully click each delete tab then finally click the delete all just to make sure. then close out the "delete..." page then click the tab on the internet options page that says content, click on the clear SSL state and your all set. if you have internet explorer 6 or earlier when you are in the internet options click on the delete history tab then click on the delete temp files then click on the delete cookies then click on the content tab and click the clear SSL state plus click on the auto complete option then clear the forms and passwords, then your all set. hope this helps, brodster. if you have a Mac im not sure how to.
