No I don't think he should have been crying because he has made a mock of the situation. There is nothing wrong with crying but his motives are very clear he wants to be a court t.v. judge like judge Judy. But he will never be like any of the court t.v. judges. This is the most insane carp I have seen on t.v. And it's so sad because a little precious baby has lost her mom. I think the judge needs a reality check on how he handle the case. He just showed us really how screwed up our legal system is...

No i don't think he should have cried, i know everyone has feelings but in his position i think he should have been more professional they should have gotten JUDGE JUDY up there and she would have told everyone like it is and i do think she would have ordered ALL MEN TO HAVE A DNA TEST to get this mess all over for the baby , if not for anyone else and let Nicole rest in PEACE!! that's what i think ...anyway thanks

Crying is not a crime.
It's a human emotion.
The rest of what he did as judge is of more concern to me.
Calling Anna's mother, 'mama', etc.

I think he should have had a little more control, it's not like he was a personal friend of her. Judges are paid big bucks to make there decisions, and he should have been more professional, in my opinion. People paid very little attention to her when she was alive, she's getting so much publicity now, it's pathetic.........

Should or shoudn't, he cried.
Maybe the guy has a heart, and wanted Nicole and her son to rest in peace.
I guess money is the root of all evil, after all.
