Gutenberg.
Dear sweet old Gutenberg, (sad biography) was around. He PRINTED Luther's work so
(1) Every-one knew about Luther and would know if he did not come back from the Vatican. (previous religious people had been made to disappear en route.)
(2) every-one who could read, could consider and help Luther's arguments
(3) The printed word still exists so our generation know about Luther but do not know much about earlier theologians.
Long live the memory of Gutenberg who made the typing I'm now doing possible.
