What place can I get the most money off of by selling them my cell phone besides eBay?

eBay is the best place. You get maximum exposure.
I guess you COULD try the flea market or something.

Well first of all, eBay, second hand stores and flea markets are where you go to get something CHEAP. If you don't care about how much you are going to get for it, that's the way to go. However, if you would like to get more money back your best bet would be to put ads out. Classifieds, posters (your best bet is around high schools and universities where people would jump for a deal on a phone locally). The main thing you have to keep in mind is you are never going to get back what you paid for the phone. Since it is used, the value diminishes as age increases.
