Yes you can still get admitted to a program. You WILL have to jump through some extra hoops. Since you are not an American you must get a student visa unless your parents have perminate or long term visas.
Go to your local home owned pharmacy and tell the Pharmacists what you wish to do and ask if he can help you by advice, a job as a pharmacy tech trainee, sponsor you to his Alma mater!
Sign up for extra chemistry classes and biology classes at a local two year college.

You really shouldn't have any problems with residency issues. As long as you've been living and going to high school in the US for over a year before you start up college and your parents are citizens or working toward citizenship, then you'll be fine. If your parents are still considered citizens of India (and plan on staying that way), and you are as well, you will probably have to pay international tuition rates, which may be as much as 3 times more expensive. Most schools have scholarships specially designed for those who are international students though, so this may make things more affordable for you.

As for your science classes, if your high school accepted them any college should accept them as well. And as long as you get in, you really shouldn't have to worry about knowing specific subject matter. The reason you go to college is so you can be taught everything you need to know about your major before you graduate. Your college will teach you all the science you need - you'll just need to be willing to learn.

The councilors at the high school you're currently at should be able to help you with all of this stuff much better than myself or anyone else on here could. Try heading down there after school and seeing if you can either talk to someone or set up an appointment. They will be able to explain the situation for the schools in your area, and they will be able to look up information on other schools you'd be interested in. No one becomes a high school guidance councilor unless they are really devoted to helping out students, so they should definitely be able to help you.

You're going to have problems getting in because you're probably not an American citizen or permanent resident. You won't receive any federal/state financial aid. Depending on the school, you might have to pay international rates.
Anyway, most pharmacy schools do not accept students directly from high school.
