I personally like to bite the top off, then use my tongue to get out all the gooey stuff from the centre, before taking the rest of it whole in my mouth and munching! What other variations are there???

I crack a few of them in a frying pan, melt them and make a Cadbury Omlette. Instead of vegetables, I use things like M&M's, oreos, swedish fish and Whoppers. Taaaasty!

OMG are the Creme Eggs the best thing ever or what!? I bite the top off also, but I don't dig or dive for the creme, I just suck it out. The other day I put a small hole in the side of one and sucked the creme out that way before munching the chocolate. It wasn't as fun - I prefer chocolate, creme, then chocolate again. Remember the Cadbury Bunny tryout commercials? Those are the best!!

I kinda do that...but usually I try to eat off as much of the chocolate as I can, then eat the cream. But that doesn't exactly work, because eating the gooey stuff without the chocolate surrounding it tends to be a bit messy...

I love Cadbury Creme Eggs!

i allow myself one of those treats from hell only once a year. the proper way to dine on one of those beautys is put the whole thing in your mouth and allow as much chocolate to dissolve as you can possibly endure while anticipating the gooey part. when you cant stand it any longer then you bite down hard and close your eyes and let the gooey stuff wash over your tastebuds. this is a crucial moment and you really need no distractions at this point, because now you have to move chocolate around in your
mouth to get the full effect. then you slowly chew and God help anyone that expects you to speak. then you have to put a finger in your mouth to get the chocolate out of your teeth-thats the bad news. THe good news is ya get to lick your fingers.

I do just about what the asker does, except I let the chocolate melt in my mouth. MMMMMMmmmmmmmmm... Gee and I don't have any of those left either and my van is in the shop...

But this afternoon, look out candy section.

How many eggs does one need to buy to try all of the ways mentioned here?

My sister bites off the top and uses her pinky to scoop out all the gooey goodness before she eats the chocolate. I have been grossed out by this, actually and I don't eat them at all.

Peace!

Your question is cute, but, sorry, I can't eat those Cadbury Eggs. There are way too sweet for me, even thought I do like sweet things.

You are getting a lot of good answers, great question.

You can slice it into several circles with a sharp knife. Arrange them around a plate and eat in as civilized a fashion as possible with a fork. Like eating a sliced hardboiled egg for breakfast.

Put it in the blender with some 7-up, vanilla ice cream, and make a creme egg freeze!
