Going out tonight!?

Question

My sister invited me to her boyfriends birthday party at D&B's hang out place. this is going to be the first time that I meet my sister's new man and I kinda dont want to go, because all of a sudden my sister invites me to go after she's been acting all shitty and shady towards me lately. But I want to be there for her at the same time. should my husband and I still go tonight even though it is going to be late and that my sister has been acting towards me???

I'd say go to satisfy your curiosity, if nothing else. You can always work up a plausible excuse to leave early if you need to. Who knows; maybe a new love is all your sister needed to become a less irritating person. Wouldn't be the first time the old magic wand treatment turned a "rhymes with rich" into a sweetheart. Or more precisely, turn a Wicked Witch of the West into Glinda, the Good Witch, able to be kind and compassionate, even generous. Good lovin' often does that to a person, you know!
