Only the first one does.

I am assuming you are using m for the slope and b for the y intercept, i.e., y = mx + b.

Then lines with m > 0 rise as you go to the right, and lines with m < 0 fall as you go to the right.

M is your slope. Since the M in a) is positive that is going upwards to the right and since the M in b) is negative that is on a down slope to the right.

m is slope, and positive slope means that a function goes upwards to the right, so (a) is the answer because m is positive.
