I don't know but I am the only guy to take off his skate and try to stab someone with it.

As far as I know....No
But about 40 years ago, Larry Ziedel of the Flyers got into a stick-fight with Derick Sanderson, then with the Bruins, and it lasted for more than a few minutes before anyone could get in and break it up
I'm not sure how much thread was used to sew them both up after the fight, but that, without a doubt, was the worst fight I've ever seen in a hockey game

No one has died IN a hockey fight. Terry Sawchuck was probably the closest. According to wikipedia, he died after developing a blood clot from a lacerated liver. This was the result of a drunken shoving match with a teammate.
Hockey was pretty brutal it the early days, so it is possible something like that happened before they kept records.

Not in the NHL as far as I know and I've been following hockey for almost 40 years. Ted Green nearly died during a stick fight ... had to have a steel plate inserted to protect his brain. Eddie Shore almost killed Ace Bailey with a thunderous hit from behind into the boards.(well after play was stopped). There was a rumor that Jerry "King Kong" Korab (who played for the Chicago Blackhawks in the late sixties/ early seventies), punched a guy and drove his jaw bone into his brain which caused the guy to die in the lockerroom when he was playing in minor leagues but I think that was bullshit made up by the Chicago press to sell more papers/tickets

i believe the fathers of the hockey players got in a fight a few years back and one of the fathers ended up killing the other, it was a huge deal because it was only the middle schoolers and the father had skates and a hockey stick... ... but thats probably not what you where looking for

Haven't heard of players fighting to death.

Worst injury I ever saw was Clint Malarchuk in 1989 while with the Sabres. Opposing players skate caught his juggler (sp.?) vein in the neck. Seven fans fainted, 2 had heart attacks and 2 players vomited on the ice. He is the reason for goalie neck protection in the NHL.

As far as I recall, the only player who has died on the ice or as a result of injuries on the ice was Bill Masterton of the North Stars, and there was no fight involved, just two guys checking him before players wore helmets. If it's happened, it was pre-1940s.

Yes, it started out as a fight,(i don't remember the names) but they got really worked up when the guy pushed his opponent on to the ice and started slashing him on the neck with his stick. There was blood EVERYWHERE! Ambulances were called when they pronounced him dead. The guy that killed him was fired.(Not sure if he was sent to prison or not)
