Besides using a house charger and a car charger is there any other way to charge a sony psp?

Yes, but it isn't available for market yet. Oh, and don't expect it to be cheap.
The charger is actually an electromagnetic pad that you can simply set your PSP on top of and it will begin charging automatically. It also works with cell phones and mp3 players.
That probably won't help you, but it's still cool

you can buy portable psp chargers that you can attach to your psp on the go.
you charge this charger separately at home and it provides 4 times the charge or a standard psp battery.
it charges your psp's battery via the cable.
