I want my head to look like the skin over the rest of my body. I do not like the shiny waxy look. What should I put on my head, and what I should not put on.

Hair. Just kidding. Well, I'm not sure what you mean by making your head look like the skin on the rest of your body, but you can put lotion or sunscreen on it so that it doesn't get burned. But, that's pretty much it. It'd be fine if you left it the way it was--go natural!

Your head skin will never completely look like the skin of your body. You have different glands on your head...even without hair. To keep down the shin you could wipe your head with a cool towel whenever needed. Otherwise, don't worry about it.

you're going about it the the wrong entire way. Make the rest of your skin look like your head.

I shave my head daily. I don't have any shiny look as you describe. My skin is just skin. I wash it, dry it and there is no shine on it at all.

It's going to take time for it to be exposed to air to get rid of that oily look.
