Just watched Larry King Live and Anna's personal bodyguard, Moe, was on and he actually sounded sincere, and had only kind words for Anna and Howard Stern. Anna's two friends, gay couple Pol Atteu & Patrick Simpson were on too and they sound the most sincere of all of Anna's friends, family members etc. Why won't the "claim to be dads" of Dannielynn just shut up and take the paternity test and be done with it? And why is Anna's estranged mom persisting in wanting Anna's body buried in the US when Anna already has a burial plot in Bahamas where her son, Daniel, is buried? Are all of them just after her money? And why was the judge who presided in the "who gets Anna's body" trial, so emotional and in tears? Shouldn't judges be like poker-faced during trials? It looks like some really bad soap opera. What are you thoughts about this whole thing?

You want my thoughts? OK. Here's the story according to dutchnik:
Anna Nicole Smith got pregnant by Larry Birkhead, but Howard K. Stern was jealous and didn't want any other man in ANS's life. So HKS brainwashed ANS into turning against LB, and moved her to the Bahamas to escape a paternity test on the baby. (Which all three of them knew would prove LB to be the father.) HKS saw to it his name was down as father on the Bahamian birth certificate. So he, Anna and baby would live happily ever after in paradise, he thought.
No one counted on Daniel Smith dying. That really blew the whole fairytale apart. A suicide? Maybe. His mom had run away to the Bahamas. In his eyes he was about to be replaced by a new baby. Accidental? Maybe just a kid experimenting with drugs. Murder? Not likely. ANS needed her son to make her complete. HKS wouldn't have taken him out.
HKS isn't sinister, just stupid and selfish. He was as weak as ANS was, and gave in to whatever she wanted. ANS screams for painkillers, she gets 'em one way or another. If anything, HKS was an enabler, not a murderer.
ANS was his meal ticket until his ship came in. You know, HKS started working for her directly to help her win some money from J. Howard Marshall's estate, and he stood to receive 6 percent of whatever she got.
So if she succeeds in getting anything (there's still litigation about this), HKS gets something, too. For instance, if she'd gotten the $474 million originally awarded, his take would have been $28.4 million. That would've been enough to pay back ANS, pay back his parents, bring up Dannielynn, etc.
HKS did handle a lot of things for ANS, so he wasn't a total leech. She needed someone and that's why she kept him around.
ANS was in a fog on Feb. 8th and wasn't coherent enough to know how many pills she'd had. Sounds like Marilyn Monroe all over again. Neither one saw her 40th birthday, neither death was a suicide. Just a sad ending to a broken life.
My best scenario for the future:
Larry is proved to be the father of Dannielynn and is awarded full custody of the child. He moves back to Kentucky. Out of Christian charity, he allows Howard K. Stern to still see the child. He can be "Uncle Howard". Larry allows Vergie Arthur to be a part of the child's life because she's her grandmother. Dannielynn grows up with lots of aunts, uncles, cousins, etc., on both sides of her family, has a wonderful stepmom, maybe has some half-brothers and/or half-sisters, and lives a happy life. THE END

My own personnel thoughts are the judge in this case shouldn't be a judge. He lost it but he NEVER had control. I heard him say the same thing no less than ten freaking times. I was tired of hearing him after only like five minutes passing. The guy was a total jerk. I don't know where he is judge but he shouldn't be allowed to ever sit behind the bench again. As far as Anna, There was an extra plot so bury her there. The baby, easy, who's name is listed on the birth certificate as father. If ANYONE wants to challenge this fine. Fess up the money for the DNA testing or SHUT UP. Once the true fathers identity is revealed then and only then will custody be given over to them. BUT until then the baby stays with the birth certificate father. REAL EASY.

Everybody is after the money.
The judge just dragged things out for his 15 minutes of fame. Now there is a rumor that he may get a reality show.
As for the mother, she is really making me sick. As a mother myself, I feel her pain. She lost her child. The baby she brought into the world. But they have had so many problems and anna didn't even want her in her life so why is she acting a fool now that Anna is dead? She said she wanted a funeral and to have her daughter buried, so why all of this last minute BS?
Stern was her dope dealer. If he really cared for her he wouldn't have let her do drugs and sure wouldn't have videotaped her while she was high and had his voice on tape. Idiot! I pray the baby isn't his!
I was watching Larry King last night and a caller called in and asked where is Kimmy? Did they locate her yet? Or did stern kill her before killing Daniel?

Yes, what in the hell is the delay with that paternity test??? For gods sake, do it already!! Also Anna should be buried in the Bahamas where she bought the plots obviously thats what she wanted. It is not fair to her or to Daniel who will now be all alone. Clearly Vergie has a selfish motive. The judge definitely wants a tv show. It is all entertaining though. The only one I REALLY feel sorry for out of all this is Daniel. And for Dannilynn bec who will be her mother? But it was Daniel who paid the biggest price of all.
