No I think that he was very inappropriate being a judge to means that you don't personally involve yourself because you can't then give a fair and unbiased opinion. Also they were saying on CNN that he wants to be the next Judge Judy, so I think that he was doing more than his fair share of grandstanding for the media audience. Maybe instead of being the mean judge that tells you off he cries and feels your pain? Anything for ratings!!
