That is illegal. If I were you, I'd call the police next time she skipped school. It's in her best interest. She'll never know it was you.
Is there something going on with your friend? An unhappy home life prehaps? Maybe you could convince her to see a counselor. If her parents are nice, maybe you could secretly talk to them about your concerns.

Omg yer friend could get raped from this guy.She is probab;ly already ahd sex with him u need to talk to her and if she dont listen u need to call her parents or talk to a responsible adult he is way too old.Im afraid she could get hurt hurry up befor it is too late

She needs to let him go cause if someone calls the cops on her that guy is going to jail for rape of minor even though he's just dating her.
