You need to take tumbling classes. In the meantime work hard on your round-off, handstand and bridge. You can really see those last two elements in the bhs:

It would be nice if I knew what a back handspring was. And then I could figure it out. And even if I did know there is no way to show u how to do it without 1 on 1 coaching.

go to a tumbling class. dont try it without a profesional showing u how to first. they can be very tricky. dont do it without a spot until the instructor says your ready.
