E: hard drive? You would need to install another hard drive for that! Do you even know what you are talking about? Is it that you have no CD drive? Add details.
Jarhead, you are mistaken about b drive! its also available for a second 31/4 inch floppy. For that matter, you can asign any drive to that letter if you want to!

Shirley,
When you buy a PC, it will have the A: Drive for Floppy
C: Drive by default for Windows XP Operating System
D: for a CD Drive
and anymore letters will be assigned as the drives are added or installed on the PC, in other words, if you have a floppy drive, Windows installed, and a CD Drive, you would have drives:
A, C, D .......

If you install a CD Burning Drive to the PC it will assign the next available letter, which would be E:

Or if you partition a hard drive and split the drive in two parts, the second hard drive would be E:
Hope this helps a little... Good Luck

And by the way, some ask what about "B" Drive, Why is it not available, When PC's where built, the B Drive was for the 5 1/2 Inch Floppy Drives, and is reserved for that Drive Permanently...
