for perennials that come back every year try: Trumpet vine with the beautiful orange blooms for hummers, any of the cape honeysuckles, the yellow jasmine (Carolina jasmine)that smells so good, the white jasmine (can't think of name)
Good annual vines the sky is the limit: Mexican flame vine, morning glories, hyacinth bean vine, scarlet runner bean, coral lace vine , etc. etc.

Wisteria is my favorite flowering vine, and you can even turn it into a tree with the correct pruning methods, which is what I am trying to do now. Also I like those flowering vines that attract hummingbirds, the one with the big oranges blossoms, sorry I can't remember the name of it.

I second rsdonomoore. Passion flowers are cool! There are several others that grow well in Georgia, also. Try Passiflora caerulea (blue) and Passiflora alata also.

With the blessed weather you have in Georgia you can grow a lot of things. To add to the suggestions of the first poster, I would say clematis, you have a lot of different varieties and colors.

Cheers
