I have eaten steak twice since being pregant, both in the last 2 weeks, im now 3 months along, the steak is making me sick, any one else had this problem. i think i will avoid it for a while, but i love steak so it sucks, but obviously my body does not like it at the moment, just wondering if anyone else has had a similar experiance. thanks!

I had quite the opposite. I craved red meat late in my pregnancy (wasn't a huge fan before I got pregnant).
Anything can happen though..something you once loved, your baby will hate. Things you never thought you'd eat, you'll crave.
If you have to give it up, just think of how good that steak will be once the pregnancy is over.

Even the smell of raw red meat made me sick when I was pregnant and there was no way I could eat it. And I too love a big juicy steak. It will pass just give it some time. I found using herbs or marinades helped with smell but to eat it you just have to wait.

My wife had the same problem. She loves red meat and couldn't get more than two bites down. Eventually it got to where she couldn't eat ANY kind of meat. Fortunately it passed in about a week and a half. Good Luck!!

Before I became pregnant for my daughter I hated tomatoes in salads. My (now ex) MIL is famous for putting her home grown tomatoes into salads and during a visit she very proudly made us luncheon salads with a couple of her tomatoes, rather than pick them out I decide to just go ahead and eat them, they had dressing on them so they couldn't be THAT bad right? They were ssooooooooooooooooooo good! After that my food cravings became tomatoes and cucumbers
