They are usually nice with a pleasant voice. That fits the job description.

I don't know of any fat females in our HR and we have at least 20 reps.
Usually their pretty good looking and we also have a number of males either managers or directors.
The only thing I can think of of is that heavier set people (or fat as you call them) are happy people with personalities and are easier to talk to,
The other thing that comes to mind is that women are more compassionate then men so as an employee I think I would prefer having to deal with a woman. HR is there for the employees not for the management. (makes sense)

I know what you mean. I was turned down by one of those after I had a great interview with the technical people. She had power there and rejected me because according to her I had greasy hair. When the headhunter told me what the HR lady said, I called that lady and told her off big time.

HR is a lower paying job then management, women often migrate to lower paying jobs. It is also detail oriented and women are good with fine skills vs men who are good with gross skills (think, fine, putting barbie clothes on, gross (large) bouncing balls.
HR women are heavy because, well heck, the usa is heavy, it is probably just who you have seen. Most of us who are heavy, are depressed because we get paid so low, so we make up for it by taking comfort in chocolate cake.
Just kidding....but the part about women and men, details and fine motor skills, very true.

My experience is the exact opposite....our HR director is 4 ft 5 inches, and 80 pounds. But she HATES anyone bigger (jealousy that their clothes are not size 6x, I think).
The thing they all have in common is that they are all evil. They are all hateful, hating people, and they all love their jobs because they get paid to f--ck people over!!

Nope, but the rich over fed guy at the top feeds his wife too much and wants her to get a cozy job... so she is in HR.

Because they sit at work and don't have time to excersize. They are women because other workplaces don't want women to work.
