Yes, for a standard production SUV: the 2008 model will displace 4.8 liters and generate 500 hp, and 0-60 mph is officially rated at 4.9 seconds and top speed at 171 mph. The fastest SUV period is the Sportec-modified version of the Cayenne, called the SP600M, which generates 700 hp and sprints 0-60 mph in 4.2 seconds and a top speed of 191 mph.
Both iterations thorougly outpace the oft-mentioned Lamborghini LM002, whose 444 hp delivered a 0-60 mph time of around 7.5 seconds and a top speed of 116 mph. But there are rumors of a new Lamborghini SUV and most likely an M version of the new BMW X5, so things could get interesting.

Edited note: About the Jeep Cherokee SRT8... Jeep claims that it is faster than the Porsche Cayenne Turbo, but that is the 450 hp version of the 2007 model, not the 500 hp 2008 model. The official Porsche numbers for the 2008 Cayenne Turbo is 0-60 mph in 4.9 seconds, and Porsche is known to give conservative numbers. Jeep doesn't give specific 0-60 numbers for the SRT8, just "under 5 seconds". The SRT8 is not more powerful than the Turbo... it generates lower horsepower/torque at higher rpms:
SRT8: 420 hp @ 6200 rpm, 420 lb-ft @ 4800 rpm
Turbo: 500 hp @ 6000 rpm, 516 lb-ft @ 2250 rpm

posche cayenne is not the fastest or most power, neither was the Lm002, it was built as a military vehicle for the US and most of it was torque (turbo S goes 0-60 in 5.4sec)
Jeep is claiming the Cherokee SRT8 will be the fastest SUV when it comes out this summer with 0-60 with 5.2 sec

Currently made? The Porsche Cayenne S probably. Ever made? I believe that would be the Lamborghini LM002.
I'm not sure which is fastest - read about the Cayenne compared to the old Lamborghini at the source below.

It is the fastest and best handling SUV ever made but it is not the quickest to 60mph(100kph) and it is not the most powerful SUV. The most Powerful and quickest to 60mph is the JeepGrandCherokee SRT-8, but the Jeep's top speed and handling is no where near the Porsche's.

I cannot think of a more insanely fast SUV. Even the Lamborghini LM002 only had 444 hp and was nowhere near as fast.
