As the CEO/President of a smaller company that employs about 200 people, yes, IMO, just round up. Most people that are doing the interviewing are not going to ask a GPA, just if you have the degree. How you appear, how you answer questions and your most significant accomplishment are WAY more important that two-one-hundredths of a point.
