None. I just have my cats lined up in a row beside me, and I crank up the heat pump until I'm sweating (tsk, I think I need a programmable thermostat b/c I go to sleep cold and wake up hot).
A word of caution--a fire hazard, those electric blankets are. I know I'd love to have one b/c I love my space heater. But I don't turn it on for too long for the same reason. It's dangerous.

I'm so hot at night that I turn my thermostat to 61 degrees. No electric blanket for me! Also, I sleep with a Pug and it's like a nuclear reactor with fur and a loud snore!

My body temp is so warm I barely use a sheet to sleep under and my bedroom winter temps run around 70 degrees.
However, my ex wives liked me for my radiant heat. Just didn't like my radiant logic.
