1986 ford bronco?

Question

what would i need to get or do to turn a single exhaust into a dual exhaust on a 1986 ford bronco...step by step...would i need to convertors?

i own a repair shop,and a job like this would be better off left in the hands of a good exhaust shop,they will have everything there they need to do it with,exhaust work isn't something that very many shops can actually do,without a pipe bender,good luck,i hope this help,s.

I would be very surprised if there was not an aftermarket kit out there to accomplish this. Check with a muffler shop about Flowmaster products for example. If you decide to have it done the hard way (ie. hand made, pipe bending, etc), you might save a few bucks and if the mechanic is good, you might even get a better system. I would wonder about catalytic converters in this case. Depending upon the laws in your area, you may have to add them as well, one for each side, and that could become costly. In my area, cats are not required if your vehicle is a certain age so a lot of people do something like this and toss the power robbing cats aside.
