Both were cremated. Rumor has it that Harrison's ashes were spread into the Ganges River, but that's never been proven. Yoko Ono has Lennon's ashes.

Neither were buried. Both were cremated. George Harrison's ashes were scattered over the Ganges River in India. I don't know where John Lennon's ashes are.

John Lennon was not buried he was cremated. His wife yoko has his ashes with her at home as for George Harrison he to was cremated know one know its where abouts im sure he's family has it.
